Humble Begining of Impress group
The group started business in 1978 with a modest beginning as an advertising firm and gained identity as an industrial enterprise ever since 1983.
The establishment year of Channel-I
Impress Group enters the electronic media business by forming Impress Telefilm Limited, which starts commercial operations in February and in October Channel-I went on-air
The establishment year of Incepta Pharmaceuticals Limited
The second largest pharmaceutical company which specializes in value added high technology dosage forms like sustained release tablets, quick mouth dissolving tablets, effervescent tablets, barrier coated delayed release tablets, prefilled syringe products, Insulin and Insulin analogue and biological products, among others.
Impress Aviation Limited officially launched its operations
under the auspices of the “Civil Aviation regulatory System Reform Program”. The project was approved by the Ministry of Civil Aviation & Tourism of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

The EC130 B4 is a modern single-engine helicopter, equipped with advanced technology and a spacious modular cabin that can accommodate up to 1 pilot and 7 passengers. Its noise level is significantly reduced due to the presence of a Fenestron® tail rotor and automatic control of rotor RPM. The Turbomeca Arriel 2 turbine engine provides reliable power, along with a dual-channel FADEC and a third independent backup channel. Due to its exceptional visibility, low noise level, comfort, performance, and safety, this versatile helicopter is one of our proud addition to Bangladesh’s Aviation industry.
